Furnace body structure
High-temperature resistant, non-deformable, easy to clean, and prevents the oil from discoloring or boiling.
The transmission components and electrical protection are complete to avoid safety risks.
The structure is reasonable to prevent local overheating (such as electrical components, wheel hubs, clips, etc.).
The furnace door opener should have a long service life, with a lifting height greater than 1000mm or other structures that are easy to operate and have good sealing performance.
The surface temperature of the furnace shell is ≤15℃ (within the operating temperature range).
Furnace chamber structure
Vacuum type or pure silica material, the furnace mouth/bottom adopts light hollow sphere alumina plate (high-temperature resistant, small heat storage, resistant to sudden temperature changes).
Three-layer insulation: aluminosilicate fiber board, alumina fiber board, polycrystalline manganese oxide fiber board.
Six silicon carbide glazed rods float inside the furnace chamber.
Furnace tube and glaze coating structure
Quartz tube with cover, dimensions shown in Figure 8a.
Silicon carbide glaze coating, fixed at both ends (retaining rings or rubber threads), adjustable to adapt to different quartz tube threads.
The heating efficiency is controlled in groups to prevent material scaling.
Rotary transmission structure
The two sides of the furnace body are arc-shaped, ensuring uniform transmission and preventing radial force cracking of the silicon carbide glaze coating.
Motor: 1.5-minute blocked motor, capable of forward and reverse rotation.
Independently adjust the axis mechanism to drive the silicon carbide screw to operate.
Control system
High temperature control accuracy and support for online process editing.
Functions: Thermocouple failure alarm, over-temperature alarm, power display, temperature compensation, historical data export.
When the control panel malfunctions, it can be operated in time. The power consumption is automatically calculated and a backup button is provided.
Pressure control system
Working temperature: 120-140℃, process cycle: room temperature → constant temperature ≥3 hours → cooling.
The heating rate is adjustable (from 10℃/min to 1℃/h).
There are more than 3 temperature zones, with an average temperature zone length of no less than 1.3m, a constant temperature field of ±5°C, and a temperature control accuracy of ≈1°C.
Heating element: Serrated wire, single-sided wiring for easy replacement.
Temperature control method: Silicon-controlled rectifier oxygen pressure type, with temperature monitored by an external thermocouple.
